Rental Home Needed

Newly divorced mother with 4 year old child looking for home zoned for good elementary school. Currently looking at Hanahan Elementary or Summerville area schools. Looking for quiet and safe neighborhood, but rent needs to be no more than $600/month for a 1 or 2 bedroom home. I have been unable to find this so far and am also trying to explore the possibility of renting a 3 bedroom in the 900 range and finding a roommate to off-set costs. I am currently paying for my son to attend private school/daycare as he is not old enough for public school. We have been scraping by for a few years and pray for a safe, affordable home until we can find financial relief in public school.
